For the purposes of this programme:
1.1. Bizgro: Refers to Bizgro Pty Ltd ATF Bizgro Trust, the business entity offering bookkeeping, payroll, and related services.
1.2. Boss: Refers to an employer, manager, or decision-maker (e.g., business owner) at the workplace of the Referrer and is not restrictive to one’s employer.
1.3. Statement by Supplier: A form issued by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) that must be completed by Referrers for all referrals to declare their status and determine tax obligations.
1.4. Ongoing Commercial Referrer Agreement: A formal agreement entered into between Bizgro and a Referrer who intends to refer multiple businesses as a commercial activity. This agreement includes terms specific to ongoing referrals, responsibilities, and remuneration.
2.1. The Bizgro Referral Programme is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. There are no restrictions on residency or employment status.
2.2. Participants may refer their own business or any other business they know personally and have a genuine connection to, whether personal or professional. These are not limited to traditional business entities. For example, not-for-profits, charities, schools, and other organisations are also eligible for referral, provided they could benefit from the services Bizgro offers.
2.3. Participants who wish to make multiple referrals are welcome and encouraged, but Bizgro reserves the right to validate and approve each referral on a case-by-case basis to ensure eligibility and compliance with the programme’s requirements.
2.4. If the referred business cancels services before meeting the criteria for a Successful Referral, no reward will be paid, and the referral will not be deemed valid.
3.1. The referral reward structure is as follows:
3.2. The reward is paid only after the referred business has paid their first two invoices in full and signed an agreement with Bizgro for ongoing services.
4.1. The referred business must pay their first two invoices within three (3) months of the referral submission for the referrer to qualify for the reward.
4.2. Referrers must complete a Statement by Supplier form specifying the activity as personal, as issued by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). In addition, the Referrer must either provide accurate bank account details for payment or opt to receive a gift voucher as their reward.
4.3. Payment will be processed within seven (7) days of receiving the Statement by Supplier form and payment details under the conditions that 3. Referral Rewards are met.
4.4. Referrers must submit the required form and payment details within fourteen (14) calendar days of being notified of their eligibility for the reward. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the reward.
5.1. Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form available at www.bizgro.com.au/rp.
5.2. The referrer must notify the referred business that they have been referred to Bizgro.
6.1. Referrals must not have been previously contacted by Bizgro, be current or past clients, or have already been referred by another participant. Bizgro will validate all submissions to ensure eligibility based on the timestamp of the referral submission.
6.2. Referrers must have a genuine personal or professional connection with the referred business. Bizgro discourages mass submissions of businesses or organisations where no prior relationship exists between the Referrer and the referred party.
6.3. Bizgro will contact the referred business to inform them of the referral, including disclosing the name of the Referrer, and will verify the referral details during the initial communication.
7.1. Referrers have the right to cancel their referrals by notifying Bizgro via email at charmaine@bizgro.com.au. Cancellations must be made before the referred business becomes a Successful Referral as defined in these Terms and Conditions.
7.2. Bizgro reserves the right to terminate or reject referrals at its sole discretion, including cases where the referred business does not align with Bizgro’s values, legal or compliance obligations, or service capabilities.

8.5. Bizgro will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of significant changes to the Referral Programme via email or other communication channels where possible. However, it remains the responsibility of participants to stay updated by referring to the Bizgro website.
9.1. The following information will be disclosed as part of the referral process:
9.2. All personal information provided by participants, including names, phone numbers, and email addresses, will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Referral Programme, processing referrals, and facilitating communication.
9.3. Participants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting Bizgro at charmaine@bizgro.com.au.
9.4. If the Referral Programme is discontinued, all participant and referral data will be retained only as necessary to fulfil legal and administrative obligations. Once these obligations are met, data will be securely destroyed or anonymised in compliance with privacy standards.
10.1. In the event of a dispute regarding the eligibility of a referral, the reward, or any aspect of the Referral Programme, Bizgro’s decision will be final and binding.
10.2. Disputes must be raised within thirty (30) calendar days of the issue arising. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered, unless exceptional circumstances apply, as determined by Bizgro at its sole discretion.
10.3. Bizgro will not be held liable for any technical issues, errors, or omissions in the referral submission process that may lead to disputes. Participants are encouraged to retain confirmation of their referral submission, such as emails or screenshots.
10.4. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between the participant and Bizgro, the participant may seek independent mediation or advice, but all associated costs will be borne by the participant.
10.5. Bizgro reserves the right to terminate the participation of any Referrer in the programme if a dispute reveals conduct deemed unethical, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
